With over 16 years of experience, he brings a deep understanding of fintech, mobile and emerging payments industry and trends, helped in setting up financial services through investor relations, licenses, strategic tie ups, regulatory liaison, and corporate structuring.

Mr. Kaushal Kishor Singh

Kaushal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 9 years standing in the profession. He carries a rich experience in field of direct tax, litigations and audit & assurance services.

He is a young energetic professional and with his rich experience brings a combination of taxation and technical skills to the task which helps for establishing and running the organization. He is highly skilled in identifying multiple alternatives for problem solving.

MR. AYUSH GAUR

Ayush is an esteemed alumni of the Amity Law School, Noida from where he completed his B.A. LLB (Hons.). His area of interest lay in White Collar Crime, Commercial & Civil Litigations and it is in this direction his experience led him.

He has appeared in various cases before Delhi High Court, NCLT, DRT and various Districts Courts. He has experience in Restructuring & Insolvency, Dispute Resolution and Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions matters. He has represented several clients in various India fora, particularly with regard to their bankruptcy proceedings before the NCLT.

Mr. Vikas Gupta

Vikas is a co-founder of the LLP. He is a Bachelor of Business Administration degree holder and a qualified Company Secretary with 9 years of standing in the profession. He has a wide experience in the field of FEMA, Secretarial matters, Corporate Governance, Due Diligence, Appearance before various regulatory authorities, etc.

He has also been awarded recognition as a Registered Valuer for securities or financial assets by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has conducted valuation of number of promosing Corporate Ventures.
